Spare Part Conveyor Belt Tensioner

Is the conveyor frame on your Blodgett oven not springing back out like it should? Have you tried adjusting your conveyor but it’s still loose? Perhaps you’re missing a Belt Tensioner, a small part that sits along the belt which adjusts the conveyor belt tension.

Sometimes this part isn’t replaced in an oven service or may not have been put back securely and has fallen out. The belt stretches every 6 months and the tensioner is important in tweaking the belt to ensure it continues to run as it should. A licensed technician is required to fit this part.
