If you would like to see some equipment before purchasing, CSS is open to the public between 9am and 3.30pm on weekdays. Alternatively, you can contact us on 1300 720 622 to locate your nearest store to see equipment there.

Did you know your store addresses are saved to your account?

When checking out your order with CSS, ensure you have selected the correct store address. You can also specify a new address or ship-to billing address.

We do not require customers to order a minimum value of product from us.

At CSS, customers checkout securely with orders being charged On Account.

On Account is the business account you have setup with us. If you would like more information, or wish to set one up, contact our team at 07 3633 3355 or via email at

To get started, visit Create account and enter your details. Ensure you enter the correct address. After submitting your registration, Login and begin browsing.

On the 27/11/2018, CSS launched a brand new website which did not carry over old accounts. To start shopping with us again, click Create account and register your details with us.

Are you a multi-unit franchisee? Or perhaps a corporate agent looking for the exclusive items. Make sure that you have represented one of your stores.

Your access to those items depends on the store you choose to select.

Select “Represent customer” from the log in option in the top right of the header:
You will then be presented with your list of stores:
If you would like to change your selection to another store, just change the representation by selecting “Represent customer” again.
When you are representing a store, you will see the business name:
If you would like to view all account history, any open orders or quotes across all stores, you can view this by selecting “My account”:

At CSS we usually ship within 2 business days of an order being placed. Deliveries within Australia take approximately 2-7 working days to arrive, depending on which state and/or territory you live in.

All orders receive an automatic email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Contact our Supply Team if you did not receive this email.

Getting a quote from us has never been easier. Simply create an account with us and browse our online store. Add all the items you're interested in receiving a quote for and proceed. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives.

When obtaining a quote for large equipment, please ensure to measure any entry paths to check that the equipment you require will fit through doorways & small spaces to its destination.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have up to 7 days from delivery to contact a CSS Customer Service Representative and request to return for credit. Either call on 07 3633 3355 or contact us here within 7 days of receiving the goods and CSS will provide instructions for the return.
