EXHAUST DUCT CLEANING
It is important to understand EXHAUST DUCT COMPLIANCE. Simply cleaning your exhaust duct does not make your store compliant. Australian Standard 1851:2012 requires your oven canopy & filters and exhaust duct and exhaust fan be cleaned annually in Australia and twice per annum in some New Zealand localities.
CSS has been able to negotiate national rates with a reputable partner for exhaust duct and fan and canopy cleaning in Australia. We are currently negotiating rates in New Zealand. We will book you in for a duct & fan clean and on that visit, we will assess your canopy to see if cleaning is required. If you have a complex exhaust duct system including horizontal runs and treatment or filtration units your cleaning requirements will be discussed on a case by case basis.
