S/Steel Dough Docker

This handy device looks like a spiked rolling pin with a single stainless steel handle and is used to run over dough after its been rolled out or gone through a dough sheeter. This aerates the dough to prevent air blisters, over-rising and toppings from moving during cooking.

The docker can be used to pierce bread, cracker, pizza or pastry dough and creates a more consistent end product.
