Optional to the traditional Tray Race for Vertical Coil Makeline - S/S which act more as a crumb tray, this Blue Board racer is made from a 25mm thick Polystone material which boasts high wear & impact resistance, low moisture absorption and fantastic sliding properties. The design principal is that you collect all materials through the ridged scrape holes into a 1/2 25mm Bain underneath, drastically reducing cleaning time and effort. Once full, you can re-use the ingredients into an everything pizza or replace with an empty bain underneath.
Designed in cooperation with Domino's & Stoddarts specifically for the 2450 Makeline Flat Top Vert Coil. This item is sold as a set of two trays, they are dishwasher proof and easily-removable via the hinges on the makeline. The 25mm thick Polystone with ridged scraped holes. The 2450 Makeline Flat Top Vert Coil features two separate sets of hinges, giving you the opportunity to configure the makeline to more suit your application. Offering the opportunity to have one s/steel and one blue board side-by-side.
