The Dart Speed Control may need replacing. This part (DCC Speed Controller – Field Programmable Closed Loop DC Speed Control) controls the belt speed of the conveyor and can be used in most brands of oven, including a PESI oven.
This is a cost effective solution if the speed of your conveyor is not operating properly but all other aspects of your computer control panel are working as they should. It can be programmed in the field via the front-panel keypad and the adjustable parameters include minimum, maximum, acceleration, deceleration, display options and alarm options. The digital closed-loop algorithm ensures long-term accuracy and memory settings are retained even when power is removed. A licensed technician is required to fit this part.
This handy workaround can be used in anything that has a brush DC motor, not just ovens.
