Pizzerias are very busy places, with large volumes of pizzas going through the ovens. Freshness and hygiene are absolutely key during food prep ahead of time and all long make shifts often require ingredients to keep at specific temperatures for a safe and acceptable end product.The Stoddart ’Vertical Coil’ Pizza Preparation unit has been a Stoddart & CSS collaboration to specifically meet the rigorous requirements of the Domino’s Pizza environment, to have ready to use ingredients kept at their specific food safety required temperatures. Featuring refrigerated storage below for your backup ingredients to be readily available. The perfect preparation bench for any pizzeria or restaurant.
- 2450 mm long incl. 500mm wide service compartment
- 3 block S/S doors & 4 x 75mm high castors
- 1 tier plastic coated shelving per door
- Sandwich well full length to suit 13 x 1/3 bains
- Self-contained refrigeration & cross fin coil
- 25mm S/S tube tray rack, full length with 3 slide-out crumb trays
- 6 x clear polycarbonate night lids
- 8 x pot inserts to suit 1/6 Bain
- 5 x pot inserts to suit 1/9 Bain
This model features two separate sets of slide options, giving you the opportunity to configure the makeline to more suit your application. Offering the opportunity to have one s/steel and one blue board side-by-side.
